# 创建新项目

创建一个自定义前端程序步骤‌

1. 打开本地命令终端
2. 修改当前目录到ICP项目目录
3. 运行下面的命令检查你已经在本地安装了node.js

   ```
   which nodewhich npm
   ```

   如果你没有安装nodejs，你应该在下一步前下载并安装好。要了解更多关于安装node的信息，请查看[Node](https://nodejs.org/en/)网站。
4. 运行下面的命令创建项目

   ```
   dfx new custom_greeting
   ```

   dfx new custom\_greeting命令会创建一个新的custom\_greeting项目
5. 运行下面的命令进入项目目录

   ```
   cd custom_greeting
   ```
